Volunteer work
Bibi teams give their time to local community projects all year round.

For over 70 years, every Bibi shoe has been made with the planet — and the little feet that walk it — in mind. Discover the choices we make every day so the next generation can grow up on a healthier Earth.

Every action we take is measured and shared. The report lists every sustainable practice across our factories, materials and supply chain — so we can track our impact and design solutions to offset it.
The Seal
Bibi is the first children's footwear brand to be recertified with the Diamond Sustainable Origin (Origem Sustentável) Seal — the highest level of certification for Brazilian companies that build sustainable practices into their production process.
See the certificationThe road ahead
One little step at a time, we're working toward a better future for kids, for the planet, and for the communities we belong to.
Bibi teams give their time to local community projects all year round.
Thousands of pairs donated each year to families and children who need them most.
Every material checked against EU Regulation 1907/2006 — since 2013.
Continuous education for our employees, from apprentices to specialists.
Active reduction of greenhouse gases across every step of production.
Cutting industrial waste through smarter design, better cutting and reuse.
Social responsibility
Doing good is part of Bibi's DNA. We're proud to support the regions where we operate with initiatives our employees lead as volunteers — from education to health and family wellbeing.
Our team enjoys an extensive health plan, 50% childcare cover and a 10% profit-share scheme, because the people who make Bibi deserve to thrive too.

Non-toxic protection
Since 2013, every raw material, input and finished product follows the European REACH regulation (No. 1907/2006). That means no harmful chemicals — ever.
If a little hand (or mouth) ends up exploring a Bibi shoe, there's nothing in there that shouldn't be. That's our promise.
REACH compliant since 2013
Renewable energy
Every kilowatt powering our factories comes from clean, renewable sources — emitting fewer pollutant gases and helping build a healthier planet, one shoe at a time.

Sustainable packaging
Our shoe boxes are made from recycled material and 100% certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), proving the paper comes from responsibly managed forests.
Even better — they're built to be reused. Forts, treasure chests, doll houses… parents tell us the box is half the fun.

Partners we choose
We only work with suppliers who share our values and are certified against our code of conduct and ethics. From leather tanneries to textile mills, every partner is held to the same standard we hold ourselves to.
"Goodness ripples — and it starts with who we choose to walk with."

Climate action
Our commitment to the environment — and to a healthy childhood — shows up in every decision we make. We measure our climate impact, work to reduce it at the source, and offset what remains. So the next generation inherits the quality of life they deserve.

The 3 Rs
100% of the materials we use are repurposed or recycled. In the last year alone, 55% of all our industrial waste was recycled — and we're pushing that number higher every season.

Our eco commitment
We don't keep eco as a separate line — it lives inside every shoe we make. The leathers and textiles we choose, the energy that powers our factory, the FSC-certified box it arrives in, and the partners we share the journey with: all of it shaped by the same goal.
When you slip a pair of Bibi onto your little one, you're choosing 70+ years of careful, considered, kid-first craft — designed to be kind to growing feet and kinder to the world they'll grow up in.
